While working as a coach, I do it with full passion, conviction, and commitment. My goal is to develop the organization thanks to the higher competencies of people and teams.
I understand communication in the organization as cooperation - for greater effectiveness, deeper empathy, better emotions, and for lasting positive change. When creating and designing development programs, I use a proven methodology (Kolb's experiential learning, among others), and the verification of acquired knowledge and skills of the participants takes place on several levels (Kirkpatrick's 4-level evaluation model).
Work Terms
Consultative approach, while working on an individual's strong skills I do develop the weaker ones. Individually, F2F, via Skype, and group work.
