I started as a part time online English teacher to Japanese students. A year half later, I decided to go full time in being a virtual professional by accident because I was only referred to a client by my friend who was also looking for another person to help out.
I started out as a VA to manage social media accounts and create basic online ads for a start up US based eCommerce store. Then I did customer support for other eCommerce businesses. I have experience managing the inbox for an online store, issuing refunds, coordinating returns and resolving eBay cases and negative feedback. I also did product listing.
The following are the tools I've used in eCommerce business management activities such as email management and CRM: ReplyManager, Reamaze, HelpScout, Orderdesk, eBay Resolution Center, Shipstation, Slack, Intercom, Infusionsoft, Google Docs, Dropbox, SurveyMonkey, Google Hangouts, Skype, Slack, Wunderlist and Gmail.
I've edited a website stored in Amazon S3, managed social media accounts using Agorapulse, managed app users in Buildfire and edited transcripts via Temi.com. I do marketing activities such as jobs/services ads posting, social media marketing and off page SEO by creating backlinks. I can also do workflow coordination.
I am a work in progress. My ultimate goal and commitment is to GROW and CONTRIBUTE. To GROW with the client as I work efficiently to learn the ropes of the job, build lasting professional relationships and to CONTRIBUTE to the success of the project.
