I have 5 years of experience in Customer Service, chat support, telesales, retention assisting U.S., English and Canadian customers. I was trained at 2 large Call Centers in the Dominican Republic that have many locations around the world and served as unofficial Team Lead for 1 year.
I can provide e-mail, ticket, chat and phone support and will do everything I can to delight your customers.
