Certified Medical Assistant, Area Client Service Rep

I am a Certified Medical Assistant. I have experience in: taking vitals, EKG, injections, blood-draws, capillary punctures, u/a, assist with exams, scheduling, chart management, and filing. I am trained in HIPAA rules, regulations, and patient confidentiality. I can navigate multi EMR (26) programs. As a receptionist at a hospital HIM, I have good communication skills with patients, staff, and requesters with knowledge of all office equipment. I have experience in online processing, reporting, ordering, customer service, and patient interviewing.

Work Terms

I work part-time during the day, and I am available in the evenings and weekends.
