My name is Mark Joseph Flores, currently working as a chat/email support representative from Freshly (AwesomeOS - Manila, Philippines). And I have been working in the BPO industry for almost 7 years.
Taking orders, selling, and communicating with other people is my most ardent passion. For almost 7 years in the business process outsourcing industry. I have handled various accounts already that mold me to become a better representative. With that, I am highly interested in rendering my services to your business.
