About

e-Commerce and Website Manager

e-Commerce / online retail and accounting are my passions. I have been an Amazon Seller Central agent since 2015 and am currently the Retail Operations Manager (part-time) for an Amazon retailer. In addition to researching then creating listings ensuring compliance with Amazon's TOS and policies, my responsibilities include:

- Content Management: research and writing of packaging, insert, and listing content assuring compliance with Amazon's TOS and policies; manage images by collaborating with graphic designer
- Customer service management (2 agents) using Zendesk; creating and implementing SOPs; writing/updating email templates
- Negative review management
- Manage logistics team and processes
- Product development (includes analysis and testing of prototypes; approving inspection reports; competitor research, etc)

My overall eCommerce experience encompasses the entire retail process and in an international setting (US, UK, and Canada). My skills and experience, both online and in a traditional office setting, include management, operations, finance, and HR.

Work Terms
