To help small business owners do their administrative tasks like; data management, recording, document control, data analysis and representation that will help them lessen their work loads.
I have been working for two years. Recently, I am an executive assistant to the Vice-President and CEO of CBK Power Company Limited. As an executive assistant, I am responsible in the day-to-day administrative tasks in the office of the Vice-president, as well in the secretarial services. I am also used of dealing with different people as well as different nationalities due to day-to-day interaction with domestic and foreign customers, suppliers and partners.
Right after I graduate, I was employed as an Alumni and Placement Officer at STI College – Sta. Cruz, which was under the Human Resources Management. My duties and responsibilities as a placement officer involves job placement through conducting seminars and other activities related to increasing the employment rates of graduates.
As an employee, I am a goal oriented person, dedicated and passionate towards work. I am eager and very interested in learning new things that will help improve and accomplish the job. Also, I am a timekeeper, I make sure that the tasks given are accomplished on or before due time. And if necessary, I am willing to render overtime for the accomplishment of the tasks.
Also, I am a Civil Service Examination passer – Level II, Professional Level last May 27, 2016 with an average of 83.42. With regards to my technical skills, I am a computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) and a beginner in photo editing.
Work Terms
* I can work 40 hours per week, from Mondays to Fridays.
