Welcome to my page! This is MJ and I've been employed in a physical office for the last 8 years. I started as a Promoting agent with DemoPower Philippines in 2009 where I endorse newly released products to supermarket customers.

In 2010, I tried to change careers and took my shot in the BPO industry. I started as a CSR for Stream Global Services got promoted numerous times before I got redundiated in 2014 as a Quality Assurance Representative after the company got acquired by Convergys. I then moved to Sterling Talent Solutions where I stayed for 4 years (2014-2018), I do manage my own account/clients, do business reviews, over the phone trainings and discuss new ways on how to improve their recruitment process.

I adapt to change very well and has been in an industry where fast-paced learning is required. I am very patient when dealing with challenging customers. The skills I acquired with my years of experience are my asset.
