I started working when I was just 14 years old. I got used to multi-tasking and managing my time efficiently. I finished my Entrepreneurial Management studies with the help of my part-time job and our local government's scholarship program.

After finishing college studies, I started working as a customer service representative. I have 8 years experience with customer service and technical support for both voice and non-voice posts. 3 years as a phone support and more than 5 years as an email support representative.

I have worked for several multinational clients. I have been a customer service and billings support for a US telecommunications company; a billings, technical, sales support and later on a Subject Matter Expert for a British telecommunications company; and a customer service, payments, and escalations expert for a ride-hailing company.

My most recent job involves granting access to low and high priority artist profiles as an Artist Services agent for a music streaming app. The task includes researching and verifying legitimate social media profiles of artists.

I have used multiple customer service tools to complete my clients' assigned tasks and cater to my customers' requests and queries. This includes, but not limited to, the following:

- Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Google office apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, Classroom, Hangouts, etc.)
- Salesforce Lightning
- Salesforce CRM
- Bliss
- Zendesk
- JIRA
- Ops Commander
- Slack
- Knowledge Base Tools (depending on what the client will be issuing)

I am an independent worker and can work with minimal supervision. I take criticisms constructively as I know they will help me become a better person and a more efficient employee. I am willing to be trained and be flexible.

Work Terms

I can work up to 10 hours a day. I prefer for the salary to be directly transferred to my Payoneering account. Currently, communications would be best done via email or chat.
