I'm a stress management expert, coach, consultant, speaker and trainer helping individuals and organizations to prevent, manage or eliminate stress using all-natural techniques & strategies.

My stress story begins at age 24 when I was managing two real estate sales offices.

Stress symptoms began to appear, but being 24, I ignored them. But the knocks just got louder, leading me to resign three months later.

By then the stress was already in my body and followed me to other jobs.

But things got worse when at 27 I suffered a severe work-related anxiety panic attack.

For the following 4 months I was experiencing up to 100 heart palpitations a day along with lightning-shock sensations in my heart. I ended up working in a factory, only working 4 days per week on average and was almost fired due to having too many sick days off work.

As a result of the panic attack I began what ended up being a 10 month self-rehabilitation to get myself back to a point where I felt I could return to full-time work in my area of expertise.

I beat stress using only natural techniques, strategies, activities and exercises.

I never took one pharmaceutical drug to treat stress or anxiety, never visited any doctors, therapists or counselors.

I figured it all out myself and now I'm on a mission to help others beat stress, burnout and anxiety naturally and build resilience in this changing world of ours.
