Property Management Virtual Assistant, Quality Supervisor, Data Encodor or Data Analyst

I've been in the Virtual Assistance industry for 2 years now. Worked as a Property Management VA for a company based in Australia and Minnesota, USA and investment company from Texas, USA. Below are my tasks and expertise.
1. Verifying Tenancy Application (calling previous landlords/agencies and employer)
2. Create Leasing agreement contracts
3. Create Management agreement contracts
4. Manage CRM (Palace, REX, Inspect Real etc)
5. Create property Ads
6. Enter New Owner, Property and Tenants into the CRM
7. Charge admin fees, letting fees and any other related fees to property management
8. Coordinate with the Accounting Department for new tenants entered.
9. Create Leasing Dashboard, Leasing KPIs and Leasing numbers
10. Edit or modify processes in the internal website (WordPress)
11. Suggest process improvement
12. Call Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing contractors
13. Create reports in Excel


I was a quality Supervisor in a call center. Been working with BPO companies for 10 years and expert in using excel. I'm a trained green belt six sigma and was able to undergo several pieces of training for excel. I know how to create reports and was able to extract data from different resources or tool and create a report out of it.
