Anchor in yourself. Embrace all that life holds.
My life has been a blend of academic excellence and deep personal challenges. While I consistently topped my classes, the suicide of a close friend, and the sudden loss of my uncle which deeply impacted my mother, shook my world and sparked a lifelong curiosity about human behaviour. I grew up observing the silence, sadness, and fear that haunted families, and as I matured, I began to see how people often made choices rooted in fear, confusion, or a lack of confidence—choices that clashed with their true desires. Watching my friends settle for relationships, careers, and lives that didn’t reflect what they really wanted made me reflect even more deeply. I’ve been through gut-wrenching breakups, lost friendships to misunderstandings, and silently battled chronic depression and suicidal thoughts for over 12 years, shaped by difficult personal experiences. Still, I pushed myself to excel, earning degrees in engineering, biotechnology, nutrition, education, and child development psychology. My training as a teacher sharpened my eye for patterns and emotions, and discovering attachment theory was a turning point: it helped me make sense of everything I’d been through and gave me the tools to help others. I also began noticing how fear around money impacts life choices, keeping people away from what truly lights them up. Through all of it, I’ve developed a deep capacity for emotional understanding and resilience. I now advocate for emotional literacy, attachment healing, and helping people navigate family dynamics because I believe that with the right insight and support, anyone’s life can change for the better, just like mine did.
