Work Terms
I am available for consulting work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. Weekend or after-hours support may be arranged on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to an additional fee.
Payment Terms & Pricing
Hourly Rate: My standard rate is $65per hour (or project-based pricing, depending on the scope).
Minimum Budget: A minimum engagement of 30 hours or $2000 per project is required for new clients.
Invoices & Payments: Invoices are issued weekly or upon project completion, based on the agreed scope. Payments must be made within 7–14 days of invoice issuance.
Retainer & Deposits: For long-term or high-value projects, a 30–50% upfront deposit may be required.
Late Payments: A 5% late fee may apply for payments not received within the due date.
Preferred Communication Style & Channels
Primary Contact Methods: Any form of written communication, and video calls (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and WhatsApp).
Meetings: I am open to scheduled calls, check-ins, or team meetings as needed.
Project Scope & Revisions
A detailed project scope and deliverables will be agreed upon before starting work. Clients are entitled to one or two revisions per deliverable to ensure satisfaction. Major scope changes may require a revised estimate and timeline.

All client information is handled with strict confidentiality. I comply with data protection best practices and do not share or disclose sensitive information.
