I've been a call center agent for 2 years my duty is to provide product availability, process return and exchange, place an order online, help customer in troubleshooting, process return and exchange, process refund. The company is one of the largest uniform supplier in Australia. They supplied uniform in all the employees in hospitals, banks and airlines and even local government in Australia.
After 2 years I got promoted as a subject matter expert my duty is to take escalations call, handling irate customers, sending emails to the account managers in Australia, sending end of day reports that is why I also have knowledge in using excel and google documents.
After a year being a Subject Matter Expert I applied as a Team Leader or Supervisor my role is to help the company hit the clients target or metrics through agent coaching, create an action plan for agent opportunity and sharing feedback to the client to help improved the business.
I decided to apply as a freelance agent because I want to spend more time to my family. Everyday I traveled almost 3 hrs going to the office. I valued time and I don't want to waste that time just to travel everyday going to work if I have an opportunity in doing the job in my home.
I am looking forward to meet and work with the clients where I can learn a lot, client with positive mindset toward his or her business, client that can give opportunity to us freelancer that is willing to learn and honest.
Work Terms
I can work both graveyard shift and day shift, Looking forward for weekly salary or twice a month, preferable payment method is through banks.
