I have an extensive office management background with over 10 years experience - mostly in the construction industry. I also own and run my own business - Construction Admin Services (CAS) www.casbusinesshelp.com
Experience includes the following (not limited to): training, and leading administrative and office management services, Human Resources, Staff recruitment and on-boarding-- mostly construction industry positions (i.e. Site Superintendents, Project Managers, Carpenters, Laborers, admin. support etc.), policy and procedure creation, implementation, and communication (including handbook creation and maintenance), job descriptions and classifications, maintenance of personnel files, management of union contract compliance and negotiation, benefit and compensation management and administration, Workers Comp. audit and reporting management and administration, OSHA and federal/state law poster compliance, terminations-COBRA administration, Exit Interviews, Employee and Labor Relations, coaching/development/performance, negotiate and manage relevant vendor relationships, strategic planning.
