Technical Support Rep | Virtual Assistant | Data Entry

My name is Michael Chris Flauta , 23 years old. I have been a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Representative for a US-based cable and Telecommunication company for the past 1 year and 6 months. As a CSR/TSR, I developed great conversational skills and maximum patience in handling customers. I make sure that on their first contact, I am able to assist with whatever concern they have and provide them with a resolution that can surely guarantee their customer satisfaction.

During my stay with the company, I was able to assist supervisors in their sessions with new hires. In our production floor, I was assigned as mentor which helps other agents if they need assistance in handling customers. Basically, I was like a walking "Knowledge Based" system.
I can also be a Virtual Assistant for any accounts related to retail, orders, and any other services. I can take up instructions and can master tasks in a matter of days. I am also open to learning new skills that will help me perform better in any job a client will offer me.

It was not being called as present for the modification of time or event but it was called present because it serves as a gift that everyone must cherish.
