• 1 month and counting as part-time HR Staff / Assistant in a US-based Home Health Care agency during evenings.
• 4 years teaching experience as a Primary Teacher.
• 4 years experience of managing different Social Media platforms.
• 6 years experience of using Microsoft Suites, Google Workspace or Office 365.

• 3 years experience of Data Entry
• 2 years experience as a Feature Editor/Writer and Literary Writer in our university's official publication.
• Has solid understanding of HIPAA Privacy rules and familiar in handling HEALTHCARE accounts specifically insurances in the United States like Aetna, Medicare, or Medicaid.
• CSR Tools (Five-9, Workday, Avaya, CSAT, RingCentral, Ooma Office, GoTo, HubStaff, Healthcare jobsites like Nursing Job Cafe, Healthcare Source or Careers, Indeed)
• Graphic Design (Canva Expert)
