Professional Translator into Italian - E-commerce Sales & Customer Service Specialist

My passion for languages began early, when I first realized Italian was not the only language in this world! I still remember my mother's Beatles records carrying the picture of half apple... That was a great discovery and since then English has been one of the most important friend of my life. I studied Foreign Languages at university and I also hold a MSc in Legal Translation in English and French. I am now working as a Freelance Translator and a Customer Care Representative for an Italian online shop. I possess good time management, organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and to adapt to challenges when they arise. I am able to provide a high level of customer service via phone and email to Italian and international customers. Translations have included assignments in the Commercial, Legal, Cosmetics, Food areas. I worked in the United Kingdom as a Customer Care Representative for IBM.
