I started in the Customer Service Industry in a Call Center Setting in 2019. I got promoted to a Team Leader Position in 2020 and started as a Freelance Customer Support in 2020 as well.
I am familiar with Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, Groove, G-Suite, Zoho, and Amazon platform. I am accustomed to using Shopify, Oberlo, and Ali Express.
I have experience in managing social media accounts and writing creative content.
I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a degree in BS Computer Science.
