Hi there! I'm a User Experience Designer with a background in research and customer engagement. My goal is to design solutions that are easy to use, accessible, and inclusive.
Currently, I'm working as a freelance UX designer while also holding a full-time position as a Customer Engagement Executive at an IT firm in Ghana. I've been with this company for the past five years now. During this time, I've grown from a customer support associate to a customer engagement executive.
As a Customer Engagement Executive, my duties include a mix of software and project quality assurance, as well as customer experience management.
Before my current role, I worked as a research assistant at a research agency and in the Research department of the Parliament of Ghana. These experiences gave me valuable skills in surveying, interviewing, and reporting.
