With over 16 years of experience in human resources, my journey has been shaped by my passion for helping businesses thrive through tailored HR solutions. I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse industries, from small startups to large corporations, in roles like HR Generalist, Senior HR Business Partner, and HR Investigations Specialist for organizations such as FedEx. These experiences equipped me with the skills to manage employee relations, develop HR strategies, and ensure compliance with ever-changing regulations.

In 2023, I took a leap and launched HeR Influence Consulting, a venture that allows me to partner with businesses in crafting customized HR solutions that align with their goals. I specialize in multi-state compliance, performance management, and employee relations, but my real passion lies in helping companies create environments where their teams can thrive.

Beyond my career, my values center on family, exploration, and balance. As a dedicated mother, I love spending time with my son, whether it’s trying out new restaurants or enjoying a day by the waterfront. Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST). I can accommodate occasional weekend or after-hours work if needed, with prior arrangement.

Payment Terms:
1. All projects require a clear scope and timeline agreement prior to starting.
2. I operate on a milestone or project-based payment system. Payments are processed via Guru’s SafePay system for security and transparency.
3. For hourly projects, invoices will be sent weekly. Payments are due within 7 days of the invoice date.
Long-term contracts or retainers can be arranged for ongoing support.

Communication:
I believe in clear, proactive communication to ensure the success of every project. I prefer to stay connected via Guru's messaging system, or scheduled Zoom/phone calls. Updates will be provided regularly, and I encourage an open line for any questions or feedback. Response time is typically within 24 hours during business hours.

Revisions:
I offer up to two rounds of revisions per project to ensure your satisfaction. Additional revisions will be subject to discussion and may incur extra fees.

Project Management:
I use tools like Asana or Trello to manage tasks and track project progress if required. I am flexible and can adapt to any specific tools or platforms you prefer for efficient collaboration.

Confidentiality:
All information shared during the course of our project will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. I adhere to professional standards and will sign NDAs if requested.
