I am welling to establish myself as a dynamic and competent in the field of Comp-Sci equipped with latest tools, techniques and knowledge that will enable me to handle emerging technologies.

I am an enthusiastic and high-achieving IT professional with a Bachelor of Computer Science. I have exceptional Technical, Analytical and Administrative skills; with over 5 and half years’ experience in IT equipments deployment, Information system support, Network support and Administration.

My background includes serving as a Technical Support Engineer (Hardware & Software) on T1 and T2 bases with Netsolace, Inc (BroadPeak Technologies) ISB PK, Where I am able to support all the Edible arrangement franchises and stores in USA and Canada (remotely).

Before that, I worked with 3SC World Technologies ISB PK, as Sr. IT Sales Executive, where my responsibilities to identify business opportunities by establishing prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.

I have the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as in Selling the products, Maintaining relationships with clients, Identifying product improvements also Providing T1 and T2 Technical support to the clients).

In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during my part-time employment as a Customer’s Support Representative at a well known USA Based BPO call center and worked for alarm.com about 6 months.
