I’m Niel Russel Teoxon, and my professional journey spans over 10 years of experience in the BPO industry, where I’ve grown from being a frontliner in customer service and technical support to leading teams and generating high-quality sales as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, and Sales Development Representative.
My career really took shape when I discovered my talent for connecting with people—whether solving their tech issues at Asurion TechLog or managing a dual-role team at Stellar Philippines. I was promoted to Team Leader just six months in, leading both customer service and sales teams to exceed targets and consistently deliver top-tier performance.
At CEO Hero, I leveled up again—working as an SDR and acting training coach. I developed and ran training programs that increased lead conversion rates by 20%. I’ve always been passionate about helping others grow, streamlining workflows, and using tools like Go High Level, Canva, Slack, and Notion to keep everything organized and effective.
But beyond work, I’m big on balance. I love working out to stay fit and focused, and basketball is my go-to sport to unwind and stay competitive. My favorite way to spend the weekend? With my kids. They’re my biggest inspiration and the reason I keep pushing forward.
