Admin works:
- Answer emails and do follow up calls especially for escalations and urgent concerns
- Email and Calendar Management and appointment setting
- Data Entry and Analysis of Team's Key Performance Indicators
- Assist Human Resource concerns and System Issues
Customer Service tasks:
- Assisted customer inquiries like product recommendation and checking availability of the item, placing of orders, tracking of shipments or deliveries, setting up appointments for in-home or in-store drop off, follow up for backorders thru email or phone, including refunds, anything concerning their orders.
For Team Management:
- Managed day to day operations and closely monitored the performance of direct reports; analyzed patterns and trends of top wins and opportunities of the business; created action plan and provide consistent coaching to associates to ensure that we exceed the expectations and Performance Indicator set by the client
Work Terms
I am amenable to work 30-40 hours per week and prefer weekly payment thru wise or payoneer
