About

Empowering smarter decisions, driving growth, and solving problems through the power of data

Growing up, I always had a fascination with problem-solving and understanding how things worked. I remember spending hours tinkering with old electronics, playing video games. This curiosity led me to pursue a degree in Computer Science. But it wasn’t just the hardware that caught my attention; it was the data that these devices generated the numbers, patterns, and information that told the story behind how these machines functioned.

At the beginning of my career, I worked at a tech company where I provided technical support for customers facing challenges with enterprise-level software. While the role was primarily reactive responding to issues I always looked for ways to proactively anticipate and address recurring problems by analyzing trends in support tickets, system logs, and user behavior. I started building my own dashboards in Excel to track common issues, which not only helped our support team resolve tickets faster but also provided valuable insights for the product development team on where to focus their efforts for system improvements.

This experience taught me the importance of not just solving problems, but identifying the root causes and patterns that lead to recurring issues. It sparked my interest in turning technical problems into actionable, data-driven solutions, and set the stage for my transition to data analytics.

After moving into data analytics, I began working at a firm that handled large amounts of business operations data. My role focused on data cleaning, data modeling, and creating visual dashboards to present the data in a more understandable way for non-technical stakeholders. It was here that I became proficient in tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

Outside of work, I’m an advocate for continuous learning. I’m always exploring new tools, techniques, and approaches in data science and analytics. Recently, I’ve been diving into AI because I believe the future of data analysis lies in these areas, and I want to stay ahead of the curve. I’m also a big fan of online communities and learning from others in the industry, whether it’s through reading blogs, attending webinars, or engaging with people on platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub.

I enjoy outdoor/Indoor activities like hiking, biking,Yoga,Football. These hobbies provide a great mental break and help me stay grounded. I also love experimenting with cooking particularly when it comes to learning how to cook dishes from different cultures.

Whether it’s through my technical background in engineering, my work in data analytics, or my personal drive to constantly improve, I bring a problem-solving mindset, a passion for data, and a commitment to collaboration to every project I take on. I’m always excited about the opportunity to tackle new challenges, explore data from different angles, and contribute to the success of a team or organization.
