Work Terms

We have a flexible engagement model and can work either on an hourly basis or on a fixed bid basis. We tailor the engagement model based on client specifications and standards. We follow an agile development methodology with iterative releases linked to use cases and a requirement traceability matrix.

We will have dedicated roles for each project - Product Owners, Developers, Quality Analyst and Delivery Manager. The efforts of support resources will not be directly billable to you.We will share the profiles of resources before deploying them on the project and you can interview them before hiring. The resources will provide partial/full overlap to your working hours for project updates and communication management.

The product owners will take care of requirement analysis, use case consolidation, functional validation of each iterations and overall project co-ordination. The PO will be your single point of contact for all project related communications.

We will sign Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Non Compete/Solicitation agreement prior to the engagement. The work order/SOW will be in place to kick off every project.
