I was first exposed to customer service as a frontliner in the hospitality industry. I worked as a diving school secretary, butler, front desk officer, purchasing officer & inventory clerk in the resort island of Boracay in the Philippines.
I moved on to the call center industry servicing both BPOs & in-house centers. I provided phone, email, chat & back office support for travel, risk management & insurance accounts.
I have been a transcriptionist for a few years now which all started as a hobby of transcribing church sermons for research & study purposes.

I'm very flexible with working hours. We can negotiate rates based on project bulk & frequency.
