Work Terms

Hours of Operations:

While I maintain regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, I am responsive to urgent matters beyond these hours, ensuring that the recruitment process keeps moving forward, even outside the standard workday.

Payment Terms:
I believe in transparency and fairness, and this extends to payment terms. Invoicing is typically done on a weekly /bi-weekly basis, aligning with the progress made on recruitment assignments. Payment can be made via bank transfer or an agreed-upon method. I understand the importance of financial arrangements and open to discussing personalized terms to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship.

Preferred Communication Style:
I place a strong emphasis on effective communication to foster successful partnerships. I appreciate direct and concise communication, whether it's via mail, phone calls, or even video conferences. Open to utilizing collaboration tools and platforms that streamline communication and provide real-time updates.
