Delivering best customer service.

I am a customer service representative for two years now. I handled inbound calls and chats. I have an experience in processing payment, handling general queries, explaining bills, setting up payment arrangements, handling return and exchanges, processing refund and such. I also have a background with feature writing. I am willing to learn other skills to perform well. I can also do basic social media management and can be your email support where I will be the one to manage your emails, respond to it, send emails when necessary, and provide reports. Although I do not have an experience by being a virtual assistant, rest assured I am a fast learner and I am flexible. I am currently studying other skills that I can add to my service offered here to become a well-rounded freelancer and hopefully, be successfull with it.
I was once a billing and sales representative in one of the most big telco companies in US, and I can say I have the skills to master complicated procedures and tools if ever I will be given the opportunity to learn and to be trained. This experience also made me more empathic and involved to every customer that I interacted with. This made me handle my patience and pressure well and I think it is vital to have these skills to be a well-performing customer service representative.
