Work Terms

Availability/ Work Hours:

Being an offshore development company, we believe in flexible timing, and our developers follow that religiously. We always provide an overlap of 3-4 hours to our clients.

The Sales team is available 18*7 a day. Ping them and you would get a response immediately.

Engagement Model:

Fixed Cost Model: You share us the requirement document and we share a fixed cost based on the requirement and once finalize we start working.
Once a Final cost is shared it remains the cost for the project until there is a scope change.

Time & Material Model: Based on hourly rate a resource is provided and billed fortnightly for the hours he spent on the project.

Dedicated Resource: A resource is allocate completely to your project at a monthly billing.

We are not limited to these engagement models, and we do improvise as per the requirement of the Clients.

Payment Terms:

This differ in each engagement model though:

Fixed Cost:

Advance payment of 30% (Based on the project size)
Milestone based payment
Last payment on UAT completion.

T&M and Dedicated resource:

Further invoice based on the agreement whether fortnightly or monthly.
