My name is Regine, you can call me Gine. I am very much interested to apply for this job because I can apply all the skills that I have known from working in a call center company for nearly 4 years. I am willing to undergo any training if there's any. I have an experience of a Customer Service for Sales which I helped potential customers to help them find what they really need for their jobs or family usage like for an example TV, Phone and Internet, we just don't sell what's available offer for the customer we need to make sure that we highlight the feature, advantage and benefits to them.
I was also a Financial Consultant/Online Teller, where customers would call in to check their account balances, check transaction history, transfer funds to another account, to check if the customer is eligible to open an account and to make sure they will met all the requirements and also helped them to file a dispute.
And my other experience was an Account Executive for a Payment Protection Insurance where I had an experienced of Outbound Calling based in UK. We call people on their phones to check if they have encountered paying an insurance that they were not aware of for years, we help them to get their money back from different banks that they had years ago.
The tools that I used before from different accounts was TCAM when I was a Financial Consultant and CRM when I was a Customer Service Representatives for Sales Account. I have been a Virtual Assistant for 6 months now particularly in Link Building using Pitchbox Tool.
