Taking "Hard" Out of Change

With over 18 years of experience in leading complex organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives, I am confident in my ability to contribute strategically to your team. My background in both change management and operations excellence, coupled with my strong leadership capabilities, makes me an ideal candidate for this role.

In my role as Founder and Chief Change Advisor at DesignOrg Solutions, LLC, I have successfully guided numerous organizations through transformational changes, including restructures, turnarounds, and M&A Integrations. My expertise in developing and executing change management strategies, combined with my Six Sigma, Emotional Intelligence, Prosci and Change Styles Indicator certifications, has enabled me to design efficient processes that support sustainable growth and continuous improvement.

At a former company, I established and led the Change Management Office, where I directed the integration strategies for 12 acquisitions across the US and Canada. By implementing the change methodology, I was able to increase leaders' and employees' ability to adapt to change, significantly improving the human impact ROI. This experience, along with my ability to align human capital strategies with business objectives, positions me as a strong candidate for the work you need completed.

Moreover, my tenure at a pharmaceutical manufacturer and a food manufacturer provided me with a deep understanding of how to apply Lean Six Sigma tools to drive incremental change and process improvement initiatives. I have a proven track record of enhancing organizational performance through continuous improvement programs that not only improve productivity but also foster a culture of innovation and resilience.
