Hi! My name is Rose and I have 8 years experience in the call center industry working for IBM, Concentrix-Daksh, Teleperformance, Sitel Phils.Corp as Customer Relations Manager, Customer Relations Specialist, Customer Service Support, Technical Support and Sales Agent respectively.
