Hi. I am Ruchelle Azur-Pestijo. For the past 6 years of working in a BPO company, I was able to learn a lot of things especially during taking in calls. I learned how to empathize with the customers especially if they thought that they are not being valued by the organization they are working with. This also taught me to engage with people even we are just interacting over the phone.
I have very good organizational and time management skills, but my greatest strength is my listening skills. Listening is a vital skill because it determines how I can help, share, and receive messages from my client.
