Work Terms

Payment Terms:
At Full Stack Woo, LLC (my company), we value the trust and investment of our clients. We typically commence projects with a 50% upfront deposit to secure your position in our schedule. The remaining 50% will be invoiced upon project completion, to be settled within five business days. We provide a detailed and transparent breakdown of all costs involved, ensuring there are no hidden charges.

Hours of Operation:
My standard hours of operation are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday (Eastern Time). However, I understand the dynamic nature of digital marketing and am flexible to accommodate urgent requirements outside these hours. I am committed to meeting deadlines and work diligently to ensure your project stays on track.

Communication:
Effective communication is the cornerstone of successful projects. I prefer to maintain an open line of communication through digital collaboration tools, with scheduled weekly status updates via video conference on platforms such as Google Meet, Webex, or Microsoft Teams. I recommend using Slack or some alternate version for real-time communication with the team and/or client. Ryan Walker and the dedicated project manager assigned to your account will be your primary contact points throughout the engagement. Additionally, we are open to utilizing project management tools like Slack or Asana to ensure a seamless flow of information and timely updates on the project's progress.
