I am an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing regional HR operations, particularly within the Middle East. Over the course of my career, I have honed my expertise in various HR functions, ranging from recruitment and talent acquisition to employee relations and performance management. In my most recent role as a Regional HR Advisor, I was responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring that the firm’s talent needs were met through effective planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes. I played a pivotal role in sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the entire onboarding experience, ensuring that new hires were integrated smoothly into the organization.
My experience also includes creating comprehensive job descriptions that reflect the business’s needs and posting and managing job advertisements to attract the right talent.
