A product manager, business analyst, and technical writer all caged in one, with one purpose, solving customer and business problems
As an experienced Senior Product Manager, I've had the privilege of product development across numerous industries like AgTech, Healthcare, Real Estate, Finance, Human Resources, Business Functions (Inventory, S&D, Quality Management, Exports), etc. This has provided me with extensive experience in achieving product success by devising a clear product vision, with an effective roadmap for ensuring product success.
To me, it is of utmost importance to nurture an idea and identify the need(s) that drive it. Further to this, I work extensively with stakeholder and user groups, small and large, comprising C-Level executives, Business & Function Owners, to brainstorm and gather thoughts, suggestions, and ideas, organizing them into concepts and mindmaps, that align with a central idea, the product's vision. In doing so, I frequently manage and align expectations, and perform rigorous roadmap prioritization while building consensus among stakeholders.
I believe that product success cannot be achieved without teams involved in the product
development lifecycle and I'm privileged to work extensively with cross-functional teams, building a shared common understanding of the product vision, and being involved from idea-to-launch ensuring that the teams stay aligned with the product goals, and expected outcomes, facilitating architectural, development discussions, and quality assurance decisions.
My skill set includes product road mapping, product vision & strategy, product management, product development, user interface design, product validation, prototyping, low-to-medium fidelity wireframing, product testing & verification, product requirements document, clickable prototypes, product launches, problem-analysis,
agile product development, user stories, leading cross-functional teams, stakeholder management, product onboarding & training, customer experience, product data analysis, data analytics & reporting, benchmarking, decision-making, and negotiation.
