For the past 10 years, I’ve worked with all the stakeholders in the Business Process Outsourcing industry such as training, quality, and operations and provided financial and performance reports using Microsoft Excel. I use the following formula on a daily basis ; Vlookup, Match, Sumif, countif and conditional if. I also use MS excel pivot in presenting my report and recommendations that helped the operations team to improve operational performance and manage profitability. On weekends, I edit videos and create slides that we use for church presentations.
I’m always on the lookout for improvements whether for the whole organization or for myself. I don’t hesitate to invest on myself by attending seminars or watching blogs to learn new things that can also help my organization.
I am a diligent, agreeable and dependable person. I enjoy the process of bringing a group together to get tangible results accomplished.
