HR professional managing team of 100 employees
• Conducting orientation to new employees.
• Preparing and collecting employees onboarding-related documents.
• Managing the on-boarding process for new starters.
• Making the joining documents of new employees and maintaining the records of employees.
• Planning and executing employee engagement activities.
• Planning and executing training programmes for employees.
• Providing support to employees and answering their queries related to company HR Policies and Salary.
• Working closely with the vendors for execution of training programmes, follow up with accounts team for vendor payments.
• Tracking the daily attendance and leave of the employees.
• Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent.
• Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional and operational areas and conduct selection interviews.
• Handling all the functions from employee joining to leaving formalities.
• Conducting interviews and coordinating the selection process.
