My ability to deliver on what is required of me from an employment stance
cannot be described as my best words lies within my action.
I am an Accomplished Development Manager with an innovative leadership
style and expertise in brand positioning strategies. Outstanding sales and
marketing talents to manage product-related budgets. Great influencing and
communication strengths. Successful at developing and improving training
programs for employees at all levels. Good communicator, planner and conflict
manager with advanced understanding of training needs for each department
and have expertise in client-relations.
My belief is not where I see myself in the next 5 years within the organization.
Rather what I have contributed to implement change, growth, positive influence,
culture & diversity, employee development and recognition, treating client
experience equal to employee experience. I then firmly believe that once you
have contributed to investing all of those qualities within your organization it
becomes simpler to justify and honor the benefits thereof.
