Role & Responsibilities
? Full Cycle Recruitment- Taking requirements from client, understanding the JD, selecting the mandatory skills, sourcing through job portals & Linkedin, explaining the role to candidates, referring candidates to the client, scheduling interviews & follow up till the candidate joins
? IT Staffing sales, RPO Model & IT ERP Selling
? Hunting for new accounts & Farming existing accounts in PAN India
? Extend & strengthen company’s brand identity in the market place
? Setting up clear processes to ensure the business growth
? Individual contributor role for Business Development/Lead Generation to get new clients for onsite/offshore business opportunities from PAN India
? Lead generation, End Clients, acquiring new customer accounts through cold calling, follow ups
? Making outbound calls to Fortune 500 companies, SMEs, ISV & startups requiring custom software solutions & speak to them for onsite/offshore Recruitments needs
? Identify key decision makers & influencers by using diverse ways to find prospects- Internet (Hoover’s, LinkedIn & Events) etc.
? Inside sales with end clients
? Exposure to Recruitment & Inside Sales/Business Development for North America, Canada; EMEA- UK; ASEAN- Korea & China; ANZ- Australia & New Zealand & Hong Kong.
