Upon being hired as an instructor, I was in-charge of the English/Basic Computer subjects of the college students. I also handled the computer subjects of elementary students from Grades 1 to 6. I became a teacher trainer to all the teachers of the partner schools where we offer computer curriculum. I was the adviser of the student body from hire date until I resigned. Had passed all assessments required by TESDA including Teachers Methodology, Assessor's Methodology,Hardware Servicing (NCII) and the likes. I was also an online English teacher (parttime) for Chinese students both young and adult through 51 TALK. As a customer service representative in TELETECH PHILIPPINES, I was in charge of dealing and resolving client issues, inquiries and concerns regarding dental and vision insurance. I handled inbound calls from eye and dental doctors and/or associates. Primary concerns would range from but are not limited to dental and vision benefits, eligibility and claims. Other concerns such as credentialing, termination of insurance, changing/ adding of new practice and remittance addresses and check reissues were also a part of my daily tasks.
