Interacting with all Visitors, Vendors & Suppliers
Taking care of all incoming & outgoing couriers & handing over the same to the concerned department.
Maintaining all stationery & housekeeping materials & keeping a record of the same
Maintaining the attendance of office staff & housekeeping.
Assisting the Admin & Facility Executive as on required basis
Arranging for meetings & birthday parties etc.
Maintaining the records of attendance of housekeeping & staff.
Scheduling the Interviews.
Research potential vendors.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
Operating Outlook for sending Mails & for maintaining the calendar.
Updating extension & birthday list..
