I am a 2009 graduate from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BA in English Literature. I received my Masters of Fine Arts in Creative Writing at Fairfield University, with a concentration in fiction. I maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout the completion of this degree. I also hold a Poynter American Copy Editors Society Certificate in Editing.

I have also worked as a freelance writer and editor for a variety of individuals and businesses. I take great pride in my diverse style, and my ability to write on a number of subjects.

My own writing can be found in The Huffington Post, HelloGiggles, HerStories, The Montreal Review, Poetry Quarterly, Midwest Literary Magazine, Haiku Journal, and Spry Literary Journal. My debut poetry collection, Sermon Series, is forthcoming September 2017 with Finishing Line Press. My debut fiction novel is also under representation with an agent at the Writer's House. I live in Denver, CO

I am flexible and willing to work on any deadline needed. I provide custom quotes to all of my clients based on factors including the scope of the project and the timeline for completion. I use rates set forth by the Editorial Freelancers Association as a guideline for my pricing and my rates are in line with industry standards.
