In my last role I worked as Global Head - QPEX in Williams Lea Tag, taking care of the organization's Digital Transformation Programs by defining roadmap, setting strategic priorities, and then executing through complete re-engineering of all processes, migration of existing processes from legacy systems and designing future state process flows for integration in Workday.
Work Terms
With a clear focus on customer's priority, I am flexible in hours of operations. For me, Customer commitment and company objective take precedence on any other personal agenda. Usually, I work for 5 days a week, avg 45 hrs per week.
I am open to any rational payment terms, aligning with the rate that I would be comfortable with.
I feel comfortable communicating with my employer and colleagues directly on a regular basis. Email, chat are being the most convenient modes of communication. I prefer conference calls for any business meetings. Would leave to my employer about how my client interaction would be.
