Some of my past job roles included responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via chats & phone support. To identify customer needs and help customers in the best possible manner. To articulate the value proposition of various products/services and to guide customers in the best possible manner. To build Rapport and to take control of the conversation. Follow up with the customers if the issues are not resolved. Listen and understand customers' needs.
