I am an experienced English language editor in both academic and literary contexts. I graduated from Interlochen Arts Academy, where I majored in creative writing. I am a part of the editorial team of a literary magazine as a reader, a role in which I critique submitted work and collaborate with editors to edit and compile work for the magazine. I have professional English-Spanish translation experience for creative projects. I have an international Spanish language certification from Instituto Cervantes (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera) that qualifies me to participate in professional and academic endeavors as a native speaker.
I have a 120 hour TEFL certification and years of English language teaching, during which time I have deepened my understanding of both English and Spanish grammar by teaching native Spanish speakers.
