My professional journey spans over nine years, during which I have worked in various roles in administration and operations. Currently, I am working as an Operations Supervisor at Verge Mobile, managing day-to-day operations and providing assistance to VPs and Directors. My role includes calendar management, event organization, conference and meeting space booking, vendor management, and successfully negotiating rates with hotels across the USA, saving up to 15-20% per month. I also present weekly and quarterly reports on Power BI.
Before joining Verge Mobile, I worked as an Admin Assistant in various industries, gaining valuable experience in different areas of administration. I have a proven track record of managing calendars, organizing events, coordinating travel arrangements, managing budgets, and handling confidential information. My proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and my ability to learn new technologies quickly has helped me excel in my roles.
