Work Terms
Get in touch so we can start working towards achieving your fitness goals today! A minimum fee of $30 is required for initial consult and data gathering. I will be in touch via email inquiring about your current situation and intended outcomes of a training program. A meeting can then be set up over Skype (if required), or I will send a questionnaire for you to complete (covering everything from basic demographic data such as height, weight, age etc., to occupation, past experiences and lifestyle habits) so that I can begin compiling your tailor made program! You will receive it via email after only 3 business days, and I will subsequently be available for correspondence throughout your completion of the program. The program is modifiable at any point, and a further fee of $10 a week is charged from there on out. Its that cheap and easy!
