Payment Terms:

Hourly Rate: Ranges from $50 to $80 per hour depending on the service.
Minimum Hiring Duration: 3 months for most services, 6 months for IT Consultancy and Project Management, and Cloud Solutions and DevOps Engineering.
Payment Method: Payments can be made via Guru's SafePay system.
Billing Cycle: Invoices are generated bi-weekly, with a 7-day net payment term.
Preferred Communication Style:

Primary Communication: Guru messaging platform.
Secondary Communication: LinkedIn messages and scheduled video calls via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Response Time: Typically responds to messages within 24 hours during business days.
Updates and Reporting: Weekly progress reports and updates through the preferred project management tool.
